Drewnolandia — a family‑owned producer of wooden homes with a generations‑long tradition
Some companies arise by chance. Drewnolandia was born from something far more enduring — from a family tradition of building passed down from generation to generation and from the belief that a wooden home can be beautiful, warm, and affordable for everyone.
Four generations of craftsmanship — where does our know‑how come from?
Before Drewnolandia was established in 2012, the founder’s family had been connected to building and working with wood for generations. Great‑grandfather erected roof trusses without plans — based solely on knowledge passed down by masters of the craft. Grandfather, at just 22, built his own brick house, learning masonry and foundation work during one project — the house still stands today. Father ran a craft workshop where quality of workmanship always mattered more than production scale.
This story isn’t an add‑on to our brand — our approach to quality and execution remains important to our company to this day.
The Drewnolandia story — from a garden gazebo to a turnkey home
First wooden structures appeared around 2010. In June 2012 the company was officially registered (NIP: 9491943329, data available in CEIDG). We started with small garden gazebos and holiday cabins. Today we build comprehensive all‑year homes with complete insulation, electrical and plumbing installations — ready to move in from day one.
At our peak we employed over 100 workers. We completed projects for embassies in Warsaw and participated in TVN’s 'Dom Marzeń' program. Our homes reach customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany.

Why our wooden homes are more affordable — with no compromises on quality
One of our main goals is to build the most affordable all‑year homes in Poland that meet WT2021 standards and are prepared for WT2026 requirements. Instead of costly exterior insulation, we moved insulation inside the timber frame — a solution developed through years of experience.
Result? A turnkey wooden home ready to live in, requiring minimal client involvement in the construction process. Simple, warm, and energy‑efficient.
Polish company — without subsidies and external capital
Drewnolandia is a brand developed exclusively with Polish capital. We do not use European subsidies or external financing. Many of our employees have been with us from the very beginning — from 2012–2017 — and they form the backbone of our team.
Today Drewnolandia operates as the trading brand of HFA. The founder, Michał Halbiniak, although no longer managing the company operationally, continues to share his experience and knowledge.
