However, this does not mean that wooden cottages cannot be inhabited all year round.
The price of every all-year cabin in our offer includes internal plumbing with a boiler and electrical installation with sockets. The heating system is determined individually with each of our customers.

All-year wooden cottages without a permit
Most all-year cabins with an attic are divided into two independent rooms with doors, creating even two bedrooms on the upper floor, however at the client’s request we can adapt the attic to non-usable function. The advantage of the simplified attic is that such holiday cottages can be erected without a building permit. Using this procedure is beneficial for the investor due to the lack of extra costs.
