Drewnolandia, a producer of residential and recreational houses, offers a solution – the Julian wooden frame holiday cabin, made of certified structural timber class C24, compliant with the WT2021 standard, and thus suitable for permanent or seasonal living by a family of 2 + 1 or 2 + 2. The floor, walls and roof of the structure are filled with 20 cm thick wool insulation, the windows have three panes, the doors feature thermal insulation, making the cabin well insulated and ensuring comfortable use regardless of the season. The offer at the price also includes a full media package (electric, plumbing, electric heating) and transport and assembly across the country. The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41, paragraph 12

  • Exterior walls prefab - Externally finished with facade board, insulation, internally finished with paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC window and door joinery
  • Partition walls prefab - Sound-insulated with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Floor in development (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.

  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of exterior walls - 20 cm
