Cabin CRK18 – 45 m²

These changes are expected after the introduction of the government program “Polish Deal.” For Drewnolandia's customers, it is a chance to fulfill the dream of a large, spacious, atmospheric, and above all all-year wooden cabin up to 70m2, where they can not only spend holidays or stay for longer periods. We have therefore prepared insulated all-year wooden cabins up to 70 m2 with a functional layout and an incredibly durable timber-frame construction.
All-year wooden cabins up to 70 m2 – quick and easy building notice
Until now, before building all-year wooden houses, one had to apply for a building permit if their area exceeded 35 m2. Fortunately, construction law is changing, and as a result all-year houses up to 70 m2, i.e. larger ones, will not require a permit. A short, easy, and financially light procedure is enough – submitting an application to the local district office. You can fill out the document online or at the county seat.
Drewnolandia’s projects feature all-year wooden cabins up to 70 m2 that fully fit the notice procedure. We maximized the allowed floor area. A large family living room with a kitchenette, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms – this layout often gives users of our homes much more freedom than in an apartment or tenement.
We invite you to use one of our projects of all-year wooden cabins up to 70 m2, but we are also open to your suggestions and ideas. We will quote your own sketch or make changes to our projects – we want everyone to feel happy and free in their wooden haven.
Insulated all-year wooden houses up to 70 m2
All-year homes up to 70 m2, unlike holiday cabins, have a number of advantages allowing them to be lived in year-round:
- Thermal insulation - the timber-frame of all-year cabins up to 70 m2 is filled with insulation material that not only keeps heat inside on cold days but also prevents excessive heating in summer. In winter you save on heating, and in summer you can enjoy the sun. Insulation is placed on walls, floor, and roof. Besides wool, we add wind-tight and vapor barriers.
- PVC windows - double-glazed windows in all-year wooden houses up to 70 m2 are much better than their wooden counterparts. The interpane cavity filled with gas and seals ensure the windows’ tightness required for multiseason facilities.
- Shatterproof steel armored doors - just like apartment doors in blocks or tenements, they are filled with insulation material and ensure full security of the cabin. The armored standard allows maintaining a high level of safety on the property. In some models we planned glazed terrace doors instead of solid doors.
- Wood - the material from which we build all-year cabins up to 70 m2 is high-quality certified wood from pine and spruce. We kiln-dry it and machine it to achieve class C24 and KVH. This makes the timber-frame construction resistant to weather, and walls do not warp or crack.
All-year cabins up to 70 m2 – a holiday any time of year
All-year wooden houses up to 70 m2 attract city dwellers who seek a place for holidays independent of the season.
