The Marcin wooden frame holiday cabin has been prepared in a year-round all-season version. It is therefore ready for comfortable use in any season, regardless of temperature and weather conditions. The interior includes a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette and a bathroom. A functional staircase leads to a mezzanine, providing additional space that can be arranged at your discretion. An additional asset of the mezzanine is the 70 cm high knee wall, which allows for convenient arrangement of low furniture and also provides extra overhead space. A distinctive feature of the cabin is also the very large covered terrace that wraps around the building on two sides. The space is large enough to easily accommodate several loungers as well as a complete set of garden furniture. A morning coffee outdoors, relaxing with a book, or a party with friends over a barbecue has never been so comfortable and convenient. The comprehensive offer included in the base price covers floor, wall and roof insulation, double-glazed PVC windows, steel entry doors, gutters, wood preservation, and painting the facade in a chosen color, roofing with bituminous shingles, and electrical and hydraulic installations. Due to the absence of a full second floor, replaced by a spacious mezzanine, the Marcin wooden all-year cabin can be built using a permit-on-notification method, without the need to obtain a traditional building permit. This saves both time and money.
