Wooden timber-frame house Marcin we prepared in a multi-season all-year version. It is therefore ready for comfortable use in any season, regardless of temperature and weather conditions. The interior includes a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette and a bathroom. The purposeful stairs lead to a mezzanine, providing additional space that can be used at your own discretion. An additional asset of the mezzanine is the presence of a knee wall 50 cm high, which allows convenient arrangement of low furniture and also provides extra headroom. A distinctive feature of the cottage is also a very large covered terrace, wrapping the cottage from two sides. The space is large enough to easily fit several sunbeds as well as a complete set of garden furniture. A morning coffee outdoors, relaxing with a book or a party with friends by the grill has never been so comfortable and convenient.

  • Standard developer floor (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
