Domek Patryk is a functional holiday cabin with a large, corner covered terrace that creates a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation and gatherings.

The design includes a vestibule, a living room with space for a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a mezzanine, providing a convenient and practical interior layout.

In the raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall structure and a roof with covering, but no joinery, installations or finishes. Built in a timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further arrangement and customization to individual needs.

  • Exterior walls prefabri cated - Finished on the outside with cladding board, inside unfinished.

  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingle covering by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.
