Product description

If you value spending time on a covered terrace as much as indoors, the Patryk all-year holiday cabin is for you. We’ve equipped it with a large corner, covered terrace totaling nearly 40 square meters! This space can fit both a full set of garden furniture, sun loungers, and room for a generous guest dining table. The house itself includes a vestibule, a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom, plus a large mezzanine overlooking the living area. The entire building is all-year ready, with thermal insulation from mineral wool 10 cm thick, PVC windows, heated entrance doors with anti-burglary features, gutters, electrical and hydraulic installations, as well as transport and assembly across the country. Buying a cabin directly from the manufacturer of recreational and residential houses, Drewnolandia, you can be sure of the highest quality materials and a complete service. The house is already impregnated and painted in the chosen color, the roof is already covered with bituminous shingles. This makes the whole ready for use almost immediately after completion of installation works.

Possibility of realization in all-year variant – suitable for placing on both a recreational and a building plot.
