Richard wooden house is a modern building in a barn style, offering spacious and functional interiors, ideal for year-round use. On the ground floor, 47 m², there is a spacious living room connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. Additionally, a mezzanine of almost 32 m², equipped with a knee wall 100 cm high, provides wide design possibilities, perfectly suitable as extra space for work, rest, or a bedroom. The building is offered in a shell-and-core finish, ready for you to finish. It has tight PVC window joinery and insulated steel doors.


Possible in an all-year variant – suitable for placement on both a recreational plot and a building plot.

Price PLN 202,200.00 includes

  • External walls prefabicated - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, and inside unfurnished.

  • Prefabricated partition walls - One-sided finished with beading.
  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof construction - Construction of the complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Winding stairs (technical)
  • Double coating with a Drewnochron product


The following items remain the responsibility of the investor:

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation over the entire foundation surface
  • Connection of external utilities - Power, water, sewage.
