All-year holiday cabin Richard in WT2021 standard is a modern wooden building in a trendy barn-style, combining minimalist architecture with a functional interior layout. The design was created with year-round comfortable use in mind, offering a spacious living area connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom on the ground floor.

An additional space is provided by a roomy mezzanine with a raised knee wall, which opens up wide furnishing possibilities – it can serve as an extra bedroom, an office, or a relaxation zone. Large glazing provides natural daylight into the interior and highlights the building’s modern character.

Timber-frame construction enables the use of effective insulation solutions in line with WT2021 requirements, ensuring energy efficiency and thermal comfort all year round. The model is offered in a standard shell (closed) finish, equipped with tight PVC joinery and insulated doors, which provides a solid base for further finishing according to your needs and style.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Delivery and installation of prefab modular cabin - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External prefab walls - Externally finished with cladding, insulation, internally finished with paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC joinery and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished both sides with paneling.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted in the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full deck and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Ridges and downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
