Dom Richard is a modern wooden holiday cabin in a barn-style, designed for comfortable and functional use. A spacious living room with space for a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a mezzanine provide great freedom for interior arrangement.

A modern silhouette and open plan give the building a distinctive character and year-round comfort.

In shell-open standard, the house includes the wall structure and a roof with covering, without joinery, installations, or finishes. Built in timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further works and personal finishing according to your needs.



Possibility of a year-round variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.
