Product description
The Pawel wooden house is built using globally proven Canadian timber-frame technology. This construction method ensures robust workmanship and a short build time of just a few days. The structural frame, made from kiln-dried C24-class engineered wood, is insulated with mineral wool for the floor, walls, and roof. The building is equipped with double-glazed PVC insulated windows, two-leaf terrace doors leading to the side terrace, and a proper front entrance door. On the ground floor there is a large living room with space for a kitchenette, plus a bathroom; upstairs, a spacious mezzanine provides an additional 28 square meters of usable space. A large covered terrace wraps around the cabin on two sides, allowing outdoor relaxation.
Option to realize in an all-year variant – suitable for placement on both recreational and building plots.
