Piotr all-year wooden cabin is perfect for those seeking a comfortable, private holiday retreat. Its interior is planned to streamline the booking process, helping to limit costs and time of formalities to the necessary minimum. The cabin features a very large living room occupying nearly the entire ground floor, a bathroom and a spacious 30 m² mezzanine stretched across the upper part of the cabin, usable as needed. At the front we have also prepared four large glazed surfaces, not only brightening the interiors but also guaranteeing a wonderful view of the surroundings, both from the living room and the mezzanine. The Piotr all-year cabin is built entirely from high-class C24 structural timber, sourced from Polish State Forests as well as Nordic countries.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, interior unfinished.
  • Installation of external window and door joinery
  • Prefabricated partition walls - One-sided finished with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full boarding and bituminous shingle roofing by IKO.
  • Staircase (technical)
  • Two coats of coating by Drewnochron


On the investor's side remains

  • Preparation of the foundation before installation
  • Moisture insulation on the entire foundation surface
  • External utility connections - Power, water, sewage.
