The all-year timber-framed holiday cabin CRK10 is just right for those seeking a comfortable, private vacation retreat. Its interior has been planned to streamline the registration process, helping to minimize costs and formalities to the bare minimum. The cabin features a very large living room occupying almost the entire ground floor, a bathroom, and a large, thirty-square-meter mezzanine extending across the upper part of the cabin, usable as needed. On the front, we have also prepared four large glazed areas, not only lightening the interiors but also guaranteeing a wonderful view of the surroundings from both the living room and the mezzanine. The all-year cabin CRK10 is entirely constructed from high-class C24 structural timber, sourced from Polish State Forests as well as Nordic countries. The building comes in a developer, all-year standard. The floor, walls and roof are fully insulated – wind barrier foil, mineral wool, vapor barrier foil, exterior and interior finish with Boazeryan boards. Inside, electrical and hydraulic installations. In the standard price, the whole thing is impregnated, painted in the chosen color, and covered with shingles.

  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and double-sided boiserie finish.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full boarding and IKO bituminous shingles.
