Piotr all-year timber-frame holiday cabin is just right for those seeking a comfortable, private retreat. Its interior is planned to easily streamline the registration process, reducing costs and paperwork to the bare minimum. The cabin features a very large living room occupying almost the entire ground floor, a bathroom, and a large, thirty-square-meter mezzanine extended along the upper part of the cabin, which can be developed according to needs. At the front we also prepared four large glazed surfaces, not only providing excellent daylight but also offering a wonderful view of the surroundings, both from the living room and the mezzanine. The Piotr all-year cabin is entirely constructed from high-class C24 construction timber, sourced from Polish State Forests as well as Nordic countries. The building is in developer, all-year standard. The floor, walls, and roof are fully insulated – windproof foil, mineral wool, vapor barrier, exterior and interior cladding with boazeria boards. Inside walls have electrical and hydraulic installations. In the standard price, the whole structure is impregnated, painted in your chosen color, and roofed with shingles. The offer also includes transport and assembly across Poland.

  • Prefabricated partition walls - acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with boiserie.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
