The Bartłomiej holiday cabin is a structure that will provide high comfort of leisure even in the worst weather. Built from solid C24-class structural timber, it guarantees longevity comparable to brick-and-mas on homes, while the use of modular frame prefab technology allows for record-fast construction. The cabin is covered with a branded bituminous shingle and a high-quality wood preservative, so upkeep will not be necessary for years after completion. Thermal insulation made of mineral wool with a thickness of 10 cm ensures slow heat loss in winter and prevents excessive interior warming in summer. As a holiday cabin manufacturer, we also equipped the Bartłomiej model with hydraulic and electrical installations, allowing you to start using it almost immediately after construction is completed.

  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted to match the facade color.
  • Roof construction insulated with wool - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
