Albert III CRA is a modern, all-year holiday cabin with a mezzanine and a built-up area up to 35 m², designed for comfortable year-round use. A thoughtful design and proven technological solutions are the result of years of experience in delivering wooden all-year cabins.
A functional room layout with additional space in the attic allows comfortable arrangement of the living and sleeping areas. A solid wooden construction and the option to apply proper thermal insulation ensure that the Albert model works perfectly as an all-year residence up to 35 m².

- Full customization of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof pitch, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing and heating installations. We can also prepare the cabin to the WT2021 residential standard with 20 cm and 25 cm wool insulation.

- Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove paneling.
- Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
- Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of the complete roof structure with full roof decking and IKO bituminous shingles.
