A Albert-type lofted cabin up to 35 m2 is an incredibly spacious structure. The solutions and technologies used here are the result of many years of experience in building multi-season holiday cabins and all-year wooden cabins up to 35 m turnkey.



Possibility of an all-year version – suitable for installation on either a recreational plot or a building plot.

Price PLN 154,400.00 includes

  • External prefab walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, inside left unfinished.
  • Installation of external window and door joinery
  • Prefabricated interior partition walls - Finished on one side with appliqué paneling.
  • Standard developer-grade floor (technical) - Painted to the same color as the facade.
  • Roof construction - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture barrier across the entire foundation surface
