The all-year Sebastian cabin is a spacious model designed for couples and small families, offering year-round comfort. With full insulation, PVC windows and doors, and electrical and plumbing installations, it provides comfort no matter the weather.

The model features a generous terrace with an elegant pergola, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The functional interior includes an open living area with a bathroom and space for a kitchenette, plus a roomy mezzanine increasing design possibilities. A solid C24-class wooden construction ensures durability and aesthetics for years.

  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Standard developers (technical) floor - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Full roof construction with complete decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (bronze)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 15 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of internal walls - 10 cm
