All-year holiday cabin Sebastian in WT2021 standard is a spacious, modern design created for couples and small families who value year-round comfort. Thanks to full insulation, modern carpentry, and complete installations, the building delivers high energy efficiency and comfort regardless of weather conditions.

The interior is designed in an open layout, offering a large living area with space for a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. An additional mezzanine with a raised knee wall increases the functionality of the attic and allows comfortable use of the space as a sleeping or relaxation zone.

The most distinctive feature of the model is the large terrace finished with an elegant pergola, which creates a unique outdoor space for relaxation and gatherings. The structure, made from certified C24-class timber in a panelized (frame) technology, guarantees durability and performance comparable to traditional construction.
