Domek Sebastian is a spacious holiday cabin designed for comfortable leisure for couples and families. An open living area with a space for a kitchenette, a separate bathroom, and a functional mezzanine provide comfort and ample freedom for interior arrangement.

A distinctive feature of the project is a large terrace finished with a pergola, creating an ideal outdoor relaxation zone.

The structure, built from certified C24 wood in a timber-frame technology, guarantees durability and solidity for years.

In its raw, open standard, the cabin includes the wall and roof construction with coverings, excluding joinery, installations, and finishing, providing a solid base for further finishing works according to your needs.


Possibility to realize in an all-year variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • External walls prefab - Finished on the outside with cladding, and inside without finishing.
  • Prefab interior walls - One-sided finished with paneling.
  • Roof structure - Construction of the complete roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingle roofing by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.
