If you are looking for a spacious recreational cabin designed for couples or a small family, the all-year Holiday Cabin Sebastian is exactly what you need. The cabin was developed to a multi-season standard, featuring insulation for the floor, walls, and roof, double-glazed PVC windows, insulated steel doors, gutters, and hydraulic and electrical installations. This enables comfortable year-round use, as the insulation works both in summer—protecting from heat—and in winter—slowing down the cooling of the heat produced inside. Among Drewnolandia’s constructions, the Sebastian model stands out with a spacious terrace totaling 32 square meters, finished with an elegant pergola. The cabin is built using a timber-frame technology from air-dried structural lumber of class C24. This ensures that, in terms of sturdiness, it is on par with brick-and-mortar solutions. The interior is arranged as an open-plan ground floor with a separate bathroom and space for a kitchenette, plus a spacious mezzanine equipped with a knee wall 70 cm high, providing extra headroom and better use of this space.
