Product description

The Mateusz holiday cabin is a unique blend of traditional wooden architecture and modern design. Its distinctive silhouette with large glazing provides excellent natural light inside and a striking view of the surroundings.

The structure is built from C24 structural timber, air-dried, sourced from Polish forests and Nordic countries. The build uses both solid wood elements and glulam types BSH and KVH, which increases durability and reduces the risk of timber cracking.

The project includes a covered terrace, a living room with space for a bathroom, and a spacious mezzanine, creating a functional living space. The model is offered in shell condition – with installed PVC windows, wooden doors, and a roof covering, without insulation and internal installations.

With a footprint of up to 60 m², the cabin can be built under notification, in accordance with current regulations.


Possibility to realise in all-year variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Exterior walls prefab - Finished on the outside with cladding, interior left unfinished.

  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Stair flights (technical)
  • Double coating with Drewnochron product


On the investor’s side:

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture barrier on the entire foundation surface
  • Connection of external utilities - Electricity, water, sewage.
