Price PLN 149,100.00 includes

  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.
  • Assembly of external windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Finished on one side with wood panelling.
  • Floor to developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and an IKO bitumen shingle covering.
  • Winder stairs (technical)
  • Two coats of Drewnochron preservative


The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proofing across the entire foundation surface
  • Bringing in external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
