Albert IV SSZ is one of the largest holiday cabins in our range. Featuring a full attic, this model is incredibly spacious. The solutions and technologies used here are the result of years of experience in building holiday, multi-season, and all-year wooden cottages up to 35 m turnkey.



Option available in the all-year variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Full customisation of your building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of electrical, plumbing and heating installations, and we can also prepare the cabin to an all-year or residential WT2021 standard.

  • Structural warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation - activation is free and only requires you to send photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
  • Guaranteed assembly start date - Written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
  • A dedicated technical advisor for every investor - Personal support from the first conversation to the completion of the build.
  • Preventive construction site security system - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing surveillance, which effectively deters outsiders and minimises the risk of unwanted incidents on your plot.
  • After-sales service - Quick response when you need help after the building has been handed over.
  • Stylish shutters as standard - They add character to the building, improve insulation and increase its security.
  • Facade painting in your chosen colour - Full personalisation of the building's appearance to suit the investor's preferences.

Price PLN 148,500.00 includes

  • External walls prefab - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, interior not finished.
  • Installation of external joinery
  • Prefab interior walls - Single-sided finished with paneling.
  • Floor as standard developer (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingle roofing by IKO.
  • Technical stairs
  • Two-coat painting with Drewnochron product


On the investor’s side:

  • Foundation preparation before installation
  • Moisture barrier over the entire foundation surface
  • Provision of external utilities - Power, water, sewer.
