Albert IV SSO is one of the largest models in our range, designed as a spacious wooden holiday home with a full usable attic. A well-thought silhouette and solid construction provide a stable foundation for finishing touches and personalized interior design.

The shell (open) state includes the complete load-bearing walls, floors, and roof truss, prepared for the next stages of realization. The construction technology reflects many years of experience in building wooden houses, both holiday and all-year cabins.

The Albert IV model in the SSO version provides a solid foundation for creating a comfortable home tailored to your needs and finishing standards.

  • Attic - Attic floor finished with 2 cm board.

The following are the investor’s responsibility

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation across the entire foundation surface
