Albert IV is a spacious wooden holiday cabin with a full upper living mezzanine, designed in accordance with the current WT2021 Technical Conditions requirements. The building is suitable for year-round living, taking into account energy efficiency norms and thermal insulation of the building envelopes.

The modern construction allows the use of appropriate insulation layers, joinery with required parameters, and efficient heating systems that meet the applicable regulations. A functional room layout with a full mezzanine provides a comfortable separation between the living and private areas, creating a comfortable, compact all-year living home in line with WT2021.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Transport and installation across the country FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly at the investor’s plot.
  • External walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior boiserie finishes.
  • Installation of external PVC window joinery and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with boiserie.
  • Deviol-standard floor (technical) in development stage - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full decking and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Eaves with gutters - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
