All-year Artur holiday cabin in WT2021 standard is a spacious, single-storey wooden cottage designed for comfortable year-round use. The functional interior layout includes a large living area, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms, providing high comfort for both families and guests.

The project was prepared in line with current possibilities for building recreational homes up to 70 m² on notification, allowing the investment to be realized in a simplified procedure. The spacious interior offers great flexibility for layout and enables a comfortable space for year-round living or leisure.

Timber-framed construction with full thermal insulation and modern window joinery meets WT2021 requirements, guaranteeing energy efficiency, durability, and thermal comfort regardless of the season.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Article 41(12)



Price PLN 236,500.00 includes

  • Nationwide transport and installation FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly at the investor's site.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with cladding boards, insulated, interior finished with timber paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with timber paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior wall insulation) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Plumbing installation - Complete piping layout, Ariston Velis Evo 80 boiler and professional pressure measurement of the entire system.
  • Two coats of paint with Drewnochron
  • Preventive security system - CCTV monitoring camera and warning sign “monitored site.”


On the investor's side remains

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions
  • Obtaining building permit or notifications
  • Preparation of the foundation - Or commissioning its execution by our company.
  • Execution of the white hydraulic installation
  • Provision of external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
