This wooden building, crafted from certified structural timber of class C24 in the Canadian timber-frame technology, is a 35-square-meter ground floor consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a vestibule, and a bathroom. Upstairs there awaits another 35 m2, this time divided into three separate rooms, adaptable to your needs. The whole is crowned by another low level, this time non-usable, as a low attic, perfect for storing all kinds of odds and ends. The house is fully insulated, equipped with PVC windows, guttering, security doors, and a full set of installations – plumbing, electrical, and heating system.

  • Delivery and assembly of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Exterior prefab walls - Finished on the outside with an exterior board, insulation, and interior finished with cladding.
  • Installation of exterior PVC window and door joinery
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with cladding.
  • Standard developer (technical) floor - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Insulated roof construction - Complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (bronze)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior wall insulation) - 20 cm
