All-year holiday cabin Henryk in WT2021 standard is a modern wooden building constructed with Canadian timber-frame technology, valued for durability, energy efficiency and fast realization. Thanks to the use of prefabricated elements, the construction process runs smoothly, and the whole house can be ready for use in a short time.

The interior is designed for everyday comfort and includes a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a vestibule and a hallway. The functional layout makes the house perfect as a recreational building as well as an all-year family home.

The construction has been comprehensively insulated, including the partition walls, which boosts acoustic and thermal comfort. The house meets WT2021 requirements, ensuring high thermal insulation and low operating costs. The standard also includes modern joinery, a complete installation set, façade finish, as well as transport and professional installation across Poland.

  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External walls prefab - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulation, interior finished with cladding.
  • Installation of exterior PVC joinery and doors
  • Partition walls prefab - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with cladding.
  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structural frame insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Ridge gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) of exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
