The complete package includes a professionally crafted foundation slab (quote available upon inspection), wall and roof insulation with mineral wool, installation of triple-glazed PVC windows and insulated steel doors, as well as a full set of electrical, plumbing and heating installations based on modern air-to-air heat systems. The standard also includes a white facade and interior finish with plasterboard.

- Prefabricated floor slab with a structure prepared for the attic floor, finished on the underside with plasterboard.
- Construction of a complete roof structure with metal roof tile covering, gutters, flashings and timber soffits.
- Installation of the water and sewage system.
- Assembly of an air-to-air heating system.

The investor is responsible for:

Foundation slab installation
The price for foundations/slab is 400–700 PLN/m² and depends on location, thickness, soil conditions, and site specifications.
15-year construction warranty
The warranty will be confirmed after we receive photos of the finished and furnished interior. The deadline to send the photos is up to 4 years from the assembly of the holiday cabin.
