Recreational cottage Artur is a modern, single-story model offering up to 70 m² of usable space. The design includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room forming the centerpiece of the cottage, ensuring comfortable use and high interior functionality.

The model is delivered as a lock-up shell, providing a solid base for further finishing according to your needs. The construction features PVC windows and wooden doors, and the compact building form is well-suited for both a recreational plot and a holiday home.

With a footprint of up to 70 m², the cottage can be realized in accordance with current regulations for recreational cottages.

Price PLN 141,800.00 includes

  • External walls prefab - Finished on the outside with an exterior cladding board, interior unfinished.
  • Installation of external window and door joinery
  • Prefab partition walls - One-sided finish with wainscoting.
  • Flooring in developer standard (technical) - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Two coats of Drewnochron treatment


On the investor's side

  • Foundation preparation before installation
  • Moisture barrier on the entire foundation surface
  • External utility connections - Electrical, water, sewage.
