All-year holiday cabin Albert in WT2021 standard is a spacious, modern wooden building that maximizes the usable footprint, delivering year-round comfort. A functional interior layout with a mezzanine allows easy separation of living and private areas, significantly enhancing everyday comfort.

The design relies on proven construction solutions and years of experience in building wooden cabins, combining durability with a modern approach to designing compact spaces. The framework construction enables effective insulation solutions that meet WT2021 requirements.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Article 41, paragraph 12



Price PLN 220,300.00 includes

  • Transport and installation nationwide FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefabbed cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Exterior walls prefabri cated - Finished outside with a cladding board, insulated, interior finished with timber paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabri cated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with timber paneling.
  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof construction insulated with wool - Execution of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and roofing with IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (brown)
  • Floor insulation (thermal insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Hydraulic installation - Complete layout of the installation, Ariston Velis Evo 80 boiler and professional pressure measurement of the entire system.

The following items are the investor's responsibility.

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notifications
  • Preparation of the foundation - Or commissioning its execution by our company.
  • Installation of the white hydraulic fixtures
  • Connection of external utilities - electricity, water, sewer.
