  • Delivery and installation of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finished with timber cladding.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with timber cladding.
  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 15 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 20 cm
