Canadian timber-frame houses are becoming increasingly popular in Poland. This is thanks not only to build quality that is in no way inferior to brick-built equivalents, but above all to the short construction time and relatively low price. The Ivo all-year cabin is a building of this kind, prepared to a developer standard in just one working week. The Daniel house has been adapted for year-round use regardless of the outside temperature, which is why all the external walls, the floor and the roof are insulated with mineral wool, while the PVC windows and insulated steel door have thermal properties that protect the house from both the heat of summer and the cold of winter. We have also fitted the electrical installation, including the fuse box and sockets, as well as the plumbing installation with a boiler, inside the walls. The complete service is rounded off by transport to any location in Poland and assembly by a qualified building crew on behalf of the manufacturer.

  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with wood panelling.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with wood panelling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of the complete roof structure with full boarding and IKO bitumen shingle covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • External wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Internal wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Fitting the plumbing fixtures
  • Bringing in external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
