The Ivo house is a functional timber building designed for comfortable use and a flexible interior layout.

Its timber-frame construction ensures durability, stability and the option to adapt the building to different finishing standards.

In the open shell standard, the house includes the wall structure and a roof with covering, without joinery, installations or finishing, providing a solid base for further work and tailoring to the investor's individual needs.



Available in an all-year version – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

Price PLN 116,400.00 includes

  • Open shell
  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Finished with wood panelling on one side.
  • Roof structure - A complete roof structure with full boarding and an IKO bituminous shingle covering.
  • Mezzanine - The mezzanine floor is finished with 2 cm boards.

  • Painting and wood preservation


The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proofing across the entire foundation surface
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
  • Installing windows and doors
  • Laying the floor
