All-year cabin Mateusz in the WT2021 standard is a unique blend of traditional wooden architecture with modern design and large glazing, which provide excellent interior daylight and a sense of openness to the surroundings. The mountain-inspired character has been enriched with modern architectural solutions, creating an elegant and functional space for year-round use.

The structure is built from high-quality C24 timber and KVH and BSH elements, ensuring durability, stability and resistance to deformation. The home is offered in a developer standard, with full insulation, installations and modern carpentry, meeting WT2021 requirements and providing high thermal comfort all year round.

The interior includes a spacious living area with a bathroom and a large mezzanine, which expands interior arrangement possibilities. An integral part of the project is also a covered terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The Mateusz model can be realized in a simplified notification procedure, which helps to reduce formalities and start the investment faster.

The stated price is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when constructing a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the act on VAT, art. 41(12)

Price PLN 228,500.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, with tongue-and-groove paneling on the inside.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished with tongue-and-groove paneling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of the complete roof structure with full decking and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing plumbing fixtures
  • Providing external utility connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
