Holiday cabin CRP10 is a structure that provides exceptional comfort of rest even in the most unfavourable weather. Built from solid structural timber of class C24, it guarantees durability comparable to residential brick houses, while the use of timber-frame prefab technology enables construction in a record-short time. The cabin has been covered with branded bituminous shingles and a high-grade wood preservative, so maintenance will not be required for years after installation.

  • Exterior prefab walls - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, and interior finish with paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustic insulation with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted to match the facade color.
  • Insulated roof structure - Complete roof construction with full boards and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Eaves with gutters - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation (interior walls) - 10 cm
