The Paweł all-year cabin in WT2021 standard is a modern wooden construction based on the proven Canadian timber-frame technology, valued for durability, energy efficiency and fast lead times. The building, made from certified C24-grade timber and equipped with effective thermal insulation, ensures year-round comfort regardless of the weather.

The interior includes a spacious living area with room for a kitchenette and a bathroom, while the expansive mezzanine provides additional space to arrange as a bedroom, office or relaxation zone. Large glazing and double-swing terrace doors illuminate the interior and seamlessly connect the home with its surroundings.

A distinctive feature of the project is a covered terrace that encircles the building on two sides, making it the perfect outdoor retreat. The standard also includes modern joinery, installations, facade finishing and roof protection, enabling the home to be ready for use quickly.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 sec. 12


Price PLN 236,700.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full roof decking and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to do it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
