If you value relaxing on a covered terrace as much as time spent indoors, the Ivo wooden all-year cabin is made for you. We have equipped it with a large terrace with a total area of nearly 15 square metres! That much space can hold a full set of garden furniture, sun loungers and room for a large dining table for guests. The cabin itself includes an entrance lobby, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom, plus a spacious loft. The whole building comes as standard in the all-year version, with 10 cm mineral wool thermal insulation, PVC windows, insulated anti-burglary doors, gutters, electrical and plumbing installations, as well as transport and assembly anywhere in the country. When you buy a cabin straight from Drewnolandia, a manufacturer of recreational and residential houses, you can always be sure of top-quality materials and a complete service. The house is already treated with wood preservation and painted in your chosen colour, and the roof is already covered with bitumen shingles. As a result, the whole building is ready to use almost immediately after assembly is completed.

  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.

  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of the complete roof structure with full boarding and IKO bitumen shingle covering.

Investor's responsibilities

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation over the entire foundation surface
  • Bringing external connections to the site - Electricity, water, sewage.
