The Antoni cabin is one of the largest in our range. The total area of the cabin is almost 70 m2, such a spacious footprint allows free furnishing and room layout. 70 m² cabins are a new addition to our offer driven by regulatory changes that raise the permissible size of recreational cabins to 70 m² on notification, without needing a building permit.
Possibility of delivering in an all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

- Full building customization - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing and heating installations, and prepare the cabin in an all-year or residential WT2021 standard as well.

- Preventive building site security system - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing surveillance, which effectively deters outsiders and minimizes the risk of unwanted incidents on the plot.

- Prefab exterior walls - Finished on the outside with a facade board, interior left unfinished.

- Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façades.
- Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full decking and bitumen shingle roofing by IKO.
- Two coats of paint with Drewnochron
- Shutters - not applicable to fixed windows and terrace doors
On the investor's side
- Foundation preparation before installation
- Moisture insulation over the entire foundation surface
- Provision of external utilities - Power, water, sewage.
