The leisure cabin Kazimierz has been built using proven Canadian timber-frame technology, enabling quick and efficient assembly of the entire structure. Thanks to prefabrication, the building goes up in a short time and provides a solid base for further finishing works.

The interior includes a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a practical utility room, providing a comfortable and functional space for relaxation.

The model is offered in a closed-shell condition – with PVC windows and wooden doors installed, without insulation and internal installations. The construction allows later adaptation to an all-year version.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Externally finished with a cladding board, internally without finish.
  • Installation of external window and door joinery
  • Prefab interior partition walls - Finish on one side with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Double coating with Drewnochron product
  • Shutters - not applicable to fixed windows and terrace windows


On the investor’s side

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation over the entire foundation surface
  • Supply of external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
