All-year holiday cabin Kazimierz in WT2021 standard is a modern wooden building built with proven Canadian timber-frame technology, valued for durability, energy efficiency and fast realization. The prefabri­cated structure enables efficient assembly and quick preparation of the house for use.

The interior is designed with functionality and everyday comfort in mind. It includes a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette, a bathroom, a practical utility room and two independent bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for occupants.

The model can be prepared in the WT2021 all-year standard by applying appropriate insulation and modern installations, guaranteeing thermal comfort and year-round usability. This is an ideal solution both as a recreational home and a small year-round residence.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41(12)

  • Transport and installation across the whole country FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Exterior walls prefabri­cated - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finish with beaded paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Sound-insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with beaded paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Execution of complete roof structure with full boarding and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical outlets.
