Antoni all-year cabin in WT2021 standard is a spacious and modern wooden cottage designed for comfortable year-round use. A large usable area provides full freedom of interior arrangement, enabling you to create a cozy space for both relaxation and daily living.

The project was created in response to the current possibilities for building houses up to 70 m² in a simplified notice procedure, which significantly reduces formalities and speeds up project realization. A well-thought-out room layout ensures functionality and comfort for the whole family.

A timber-frame construction, made from high-quality wood and tailored to WT2021 requirements, guarantees durability, energy efficiency and very good thermal insulation. The Antoni home is a blend of modern solutions, spaciousness and the natural beauty of timber.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a residential house on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 267,000.00 includes

  • Nationwide transport and installation FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's site.
  • Exterior walls prefabri­cated - Finished on the outside with siding boards, insulation, interior finished with paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC window and exterior doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Sound-insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full decking and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor insulation (thermal) - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall insulation (thermal) - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation (thermal) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Hydraulic installation - Complete distribution of installation, Ariston Velis Evo 80 boiler and professional pressure measurement of the entire system.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notices
  • Preparation of the foundation - Or commissioning its execution by our company.
  • Execution of white hydraulic installation
  • Providing external connections - electricity, water, sewage.
