All-year cabin Rafał in the WT2021 standard is a functional and comfortable wooden building designed for comfortable year-round use. The thoughtfully planned interior layout includes a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a vestibule, a hallway and a practical utility room, ensuring a high level of everyday comfort.

An additional asset is a roomy attic, which provides an ideal storage space and helps keep the living part of the house tidy. The timber-frame construction is equipped with full insulation and modern joinery, meeting WT2021 requirements and guaranteeing energy efficiency and thermal comfort year-round.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Art. 41(12)

  • Transport and installation nationwide FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefabbed cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • External prefabbed walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, inside finished with boiserie.
  • Installation of external PVC window and door joinery
  • Prefabbed partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and double-sided boiserie finish.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of the complete roof with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Guttering with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior wall) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
