Dom Rafał is a functional recreational home designed for comfortable year‑round use. Its thoughtful layout includes a living room with space for a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and additional rooms that enhance everyday comfort.

An additional asset is a spacious attic, providing extra storage space.

In its raw, open standard, the house includes the wall and roof structure with covering, but without carpentry, installations, or finishes. Built with a timber frame technology, it forms a solid base for further work and personal interior arrangement.


Possibility of realization in a year-round variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.
