Holiday cabin Wiktor III is a spacious recreational cabin, an evolution of the popular Wiktor II, offering a functional room layout and a large mezzanine for flexible use.

Built with timber-frame technology, it ensures durability, solidity and high build quality. Thanks to maintaining the appropriate height, it can also be realized on allotment plots (ROD).

In its standard rough open state the cabin includes the wall structure and roof with covering, but without joinery, installations or finishing, which gives full freedom to finish the space as you like.

The producer of the cabin is Drewnolandia, specializing in modern wooden constructions across Poland.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Bare shell condition
  • Exterior prefab walls - Finished on the outside with weatherboard cladding, and inside left unfinished.
  • Prefabricated partition walls - One-sidedly finished with wood paneling.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof framework with full sheathing and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.

The following items are the investor's responsibility

  • Preparation of the foundation prior to assembly
  • Damp-proofing across the entire foundation surface
