Domek Grzegorz is a modern, single-story holiday cabin offering 48 m² of usable space. Inside, we designed two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room forming the central part of the cabin, providing comfort and freedom of use.

The structure is made of structural timber, creating a solid base for further finishing according to your needs. In the holiday version the cabin is sold as a shell - without insulation and interior installations.

A well-thought-out layout and compact footprint make the Grzegorz model a perfect, comfortable recreational cabin for a plot or a leisure area.


Possibility of an all-year variant – can be installed on both a recreational and a building lot.

Unique features

  • Full customisation of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing and heating installations, preparing the cabin also to the all-year or residential WT2021 standard.
  • Transport and assembly across Poland - We handle delivery and complete assembly of the building in every region of the country (individual quote).
  • Price guaranteed not to change after the contract is signed - Full protection against rising material and labour costs.
  • Structural warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation - activation is free of charge and only requires sending photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
  • Guaranteed assembly start date - Written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
  • A dedicated technical advisor for every investor - Personal support from the first conversation until construction is complete.
  • Preventive construction site security system - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing surveillance, which effectively deters unauthorised persons and minimises the risk of unwanted incidents on your plot.
  • After-sales service - A quick response when the investor needs help after the building has been handed over.
  • Stylish shutters as standard - They add character to the building, improve insulation and increase its security.

Price PLN 111,500.00 includes

  • External walls pre-fabricated - Finished on the outside with a facade board, inside left unfinished.
  • Installation of exterior windows and doors
  • Pre-fabricated partition walls - Finished on one side with paneling.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof construction - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bitumen shingle roofing by IKO.
  • Two coats of paint with Drewnochron


On the investor’s side remains

  • Preparation of the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture protection for the entire foundation
  • Supply of external utilities - Power, water, sewer.
