Model Miłosz is a sizable single-story cabin in our range offering 54m² of built-up space. It includes a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and all these rooms, thanks to their spaciousness, provide a level of comfort not previously seen in cabins on request. In line with new regulations, single-story cabins can have up to 70m2.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

Price PLN 132,400.00 includes

  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with cladding board, interior unfinished.
  • Installation of external windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - One-sided finished with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof construction - Complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Double painting with a Drewnochron product
  • Shutters


On the investor’s side

  • Foundation preparation before installation
  • Moisture insulation over the entire foundation area
  • Provide external utilities - Electricity, water, sewage.
