All-year cabin Marcin in the WT2021 standard is a comfortable and functional wooden structure designed for convenient year-round use. Thanks to modern insulation solutions and timber-frame technology, the building provides energy efficiency and optimal thermal comfort regardless of weather conditions.

The interior comprises a spacious living room with space for a kitchenette and a bathroom, and stairs lead to a mezzanine, which serves as additional space for decorating – as a bedroom, relax area, or work zone. The open layout promotes functionality and gives plenty of freedom in arranging the interior.

A distinctive feature of the home is a large covered terrace wrapping around the building on two sides, creating a unique outdoor relaxation space. It’s the ideal place for everyday leisure as well as gatherings with family or friends.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41, paragraph 12

  • Nationwide transport and installation FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated external walls - Exterior finished with siding, insulation, interior finished with boiserie.
  • Installation of external PVC window and door joinery
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with boiserie.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO brand bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (bronze)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The following items are the investor's responsibility

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions
  • Obtaining building permits or notifications
  • Preparation of the foundation - Or commissioning its execution by our company.
  • Execution of the white hydraulic installation
  • Providing external connections - electricity, water, sewage.
